HDR habilitation

I defended my HDR habilitation, “Statistical methods and software for the analysis of transcriptomic data” on September 26, 2017 at the Université d’Évry Val-d’Essonne. Many thanks to the members of my evaluation committee (Franck Picard, Nathalie Villa-Vialaneix, Anne-Laure Boulesteix, Christophe Ambroise, David Causeur, and Stéphane Robin), as well as to all of my INRA/GABI colleagues who came out to support me!



coseq now available from Bioconductor

Our package coseq is now available on Bioconductor — check it out for co-expression analyses of RNA-seq data after applying appropriate transformations and using Gaussian mixture models, feedback is welcome! (more…)

Causal network inference for knock-out and observational data published in BMC Systems Biology
